DPC-L100 Series Controllers
Controllers The DPC-L100 series controllers offer the user a simple to use, compact controller yet it still has a dual display allowing the user to view both the current value and threshold value. To save production shut down the threshold values can be changed during RUN mode. For ease of use the units have a 3-Color display allowing the user to quickly identify if the unit is in ON/Off operation or in SET mode. They also have a copy function allowing the user to copy setting details from the master sensor and transmitting the data directly to the other sensors, reducing the possibility of setting errors. The DPC-L100 series is also equipped with independent dual outputs allowing the user to control two units simultaneously or one of the outputs can even be used as an alarm function or disabled if not required. Peak and bottom values can be displayed andif required the display can be paused allowing the user to record/verify the values of fluctuating pressures. Sensors The DPH-L100 series sensors are of an all stainless steel construction allowing them to be used with a wide range of fluids including air, water and oil. They include an integrated throttle which prevents damage from sudden bursts of high pressure. The sensor heads generate an analog voltage output, allowing them to be used in a standalone configuration if required. They come in a variety of pressure ranges all fitted with a R1/4 inch male thread. Both the Controller and sensors comply with EMC directives ensuring they won’t be affected by external interference and are both IP67 rated.
