Character LCD displays
Also known as alphanumeric displays can display any letter (capitals and lower case), numbers and punctuation marks. Displays can be manufactured with additional font tables to display information in a variety of languages. Character modules contain a built in controller and character table for easy of programing.

Standard LCD interfaces include parallel and SPI.? All character displays have the option of a high brightness LED backlight in the customer's choice of colors. Displays with Light Emitting Diode backlights are readable in the dark and are excellent as a sunlight readable display

Standard character LCD configurations include: 8×1, 8×2, and 16×1, 16×2, 20×2, 40×2, 40×4

FocusLCDs offers a wide variety of TN (Twisted Nematic), STN (Super Twisted Nematic) and FSTN (Film Super Twisted Nematic) fluids

All character displays are available in Transflective, Transmissive or Reflective polarizers

Touch screens, heaters and cables can be integrated into the display

FocusLCD is able to work with the customer on custom displays through Allied Electronics
